Blog Assignment #6

1.) The video was a little scary and sad. It almost made me want to cry.

2.) I never once thought about texting and driving, so my additude did not really change.

3.) Like the two previous assignments, it gives people the cons of texting.

Blog Assignment #5

The main idea is that talking on a cellphone by driving is dangerous. The author uses reasons and facts to make his point. People who talk on the cellphone while driving have slower reactions than those who drink and drive. I do not drink or drive. I was a little bit surprised to realize that cellphone talking while driving is more dangerous than drinking while driving, but know the reasons makes me agree to that.

Blog assignment #4

Mian topic is texting. One of the negative effect about it is that it can be addicting.

I think the restrictions the schools have so far are okay. there does not seem to be any problem with it too me. The only exceptions should be if it is an emergency like injured parent or something like that.

Texting hasn't affected me that much because I don't often hangout with anybody. I also think that texting that often about stuff is just weird.

Blog Assignment 3

The topic of this article was cyberbullying. The main idea was how cyberbullying has impacted teens and is being delt with. Some of the effects included teens commiting suicide, cyberbullies becoming criminals as adults, police and procecutors being better equipped and educated to deal with this new crime, and teens having low self-esteem. One time I remembered being bullied was in 8th grade when some kids kept saying I had no friends, even though I had some. I actually just viewed it as being annoying.
